Howdy, Stranger.

The past six months have just flown by.  I can't believe it's been since April that I posted.  I'm not sure that I was quite ready for it.  Here's attempt two.  Here's hoping.

Last weekend I was on the hunt in TK Maxx and look at this beauty.  A gorgeous silk blend blazer and perfect for the new season that is rapidly approaching.  I can't even really say if it's Fall or if we're just skipping right over to Winter already.  I do have to say that the TK Maxx in Hammersmith is absolutely amazing.  And one that always shocks me is Kew.  Great selection and you never have to fight for rail space.  I think I'm going to drag myself all the way up to Staples Corner to visit the Home Sense - TK Maxx's home store. I'll let you know how I get on.

Giddy Up!

I suppose I should write something a bit corny, well I think I've already taken care of that with my title.   Well I've never constructed a blog, or blog post for that matter, so here's hoping it all goes to plan!  Ok, there's no plan, but let's hope it goes as smoothly as possible.  I can already assure you, it won't.

The sun has finally given us Londoner's it's sweet graces this week and we are all soaking it up like it's gold.  But I have to say the best thing about the weather switch, the new wardrobe!  I have been bare legged for the past couple of days and my delicate little pins have been loving the freedom.  Today I brought out one of the most coveted items in my wardrobe, a Dolce and Gabana midi-length dress with big billowing sheer arms.  I have never worn it without being adorned with complements and I absolutely love it.  Best part, I snagged it for an unheard of discount.

But this really isn't what Wild Wild West London is about.  I hope to share with you the best places to explore, experience and lose yourself in West London.  I am new to the area as of last year, and I want to share my new experiences with you, whomever you may be.

So for now I will leave you with a beautiful shot I took on my walk home today.  This tree resides just a couple doors down and I wish it was made of cotton candy.
